Hello, here are few beauty tips and some web sites for your consideration, Good luck:

Pack for a fair and smooth skin

Take 2 tsp lemon juice, 1 tsp glycerin and 3 tsp rose water and mix. Apply this lotion all over the body and keep it for 15-20 minutes and then wash with tepid water.

Take 1 tsp lemon juice, cup yogurt and 1 tsp orange juice. Make a paste and apply this on your face and neck and keep for 15-20 minutes and then wash with tepid water.

For dry skin this mask works wonders. Take one egg and beat it till frothy. Add 1 tsp honey. 1 tsp glycerin, 1 tsp mineral oil. Apply this on the face and other dry areas on the body and wash after 15 minutes.

Protein Pack: soak 1 tsp urad dal and 4 almonds in water overnight and then grinding them into a paste. You can then apply this protein mask to your face and wash it off after half an hour. This exceptional protein mask will not only nourish the skin but also bleach it.

Mix 2 tsp rice powder, 4 tsp tea water, 1 tsp honey. Apply this mask to your face and wash it off after half an hour with lukewarm water.

Take 1 egg and beat it in a small bowl. Add cup coconut oil and 1 tbsp honey and beat it slowly bringing its consistency like mayonnaise. Spread the mixture into a toilet paper roll, and set in the freezer overnight. To use, peel away the top of the cardboard roll and smooth the frozen stick over your face. Leave it on for 5-10 minutes, and then wash off with warm water.

Take 1 tbsp powder milk, 1 peeled cucumber and 1 tsp yogurt. Mix all these together in a blender to a fine paste and apply on the face for 15-20 minutes and wash off with warm water.

Astringents

Take 1 peeled cucumber; add 6 tsp rose water, 4 tsp Eau-de-cologne and 3 tsp glycerin. Make a paste in a blender and strain to get a lotion. Refrigerate and use on face and body.

Take lemon, orange and 3/4 cup ethanol alcohol. Blend in a mixer and strain. Refrigerate and use.

Mash strawberries, use as an astringent and cleansing facemask.

Lemon is a strong astringent, dilute with water before using, being careful to keep away from eyes.

BODY SCRUB

Peeling skin and a fading tan are hallmarks of the end of summer, and there is no better time to learn how to make your own body scrub to exfoliate the top layer of dead skin cells. Body scrubs, sometimes called scratch scrubs, feel wonderful and relieve the itching of flaking skin. There are endless variations to the following formula.

SIMPLE SOLUTION:

2/3 cup ground nuts or seeds (see helpful hints)

1/3 cup oatmeal, brown rice flour, or whole wheat flour

enough liquid to make a paste (water, yogurt, milk or aloe vera gel--see helpful hints)

optional: 1/2 to 1 teaspoon herbs (lavender, for example)

Combine the dry ingredients in a blender until they are reduced to a coarse meal. Pour the meal into a glass jar with a screw top. When you want to have a body scrub, scoop out about 1/4 cup‚s worth of the meal, and place it in a bowl. Stir in enough of the liquid to make a paste. Scoop up the paste with your hands or a washcloth, and rub over your body. Store the glass jar with the meal in the freezer.

HELPFUL HINTS: *Almonds are the traditional nut used. If you have dry skin, try flax seed; it is very lubricating.

**Note that yogurt and milk are natural exfoliants known as alpha hydroxy acids, and they will slough off dead skin cells in their own right.

Natural Moisturizers

All types of skin need moisturizer, even those that are oily by nature. Moturizers protect the skin from the elements by acting as physical barriers. It also protects the skin from invasion by bacteria and keeps makeup out of the pores. Moisturizing action is two fold. It plumps up the outer layers of the skin, making it soft, silky and smooth, temporarily removing tiny wrinkles and distinguishing deeper ones. It also prevents dry air from “pulling” moisture out of the skin. Glycerin is an ingredient of many moisturizers which works by drawing the skin’s moisture to the surface. This is fine ,so long as there is sufficient moisture in the body to replace it and keep the deeper layer of the skin well lubricated. if not the long term effect will be deep drying and loss of skin tone. Besides glycerin, many moisturizers and body lotions contains alcohol. alcohol is drying in nature, so it is also not useful in the long run. Try to avoid moisturizers with these products unless you know that your skin has sufficient moisture within. moisturizers should be applied after every washing to help replace the skin’s mantle. Lighter moisturizer is best during the day, a heavier, more nourishing one at night when the skin is more receptive to nourishing one at night when the skin is more receptive to nourishment.

The basic preparation of the moisturizer:

2 tablespoon Aloe Vera gel

3 ounces of olive oil

1 ounce of cocoa butter

2 ounce of rose water.

For normal skin, use almond or Jojoba oil.

For dry skin, use sesame oil or lanolin.

For oily to Blemished skin, use jojoba oil .

For Mature skin, use rice bran oil or ghee.

To prepare, warm the oil and butter together and the floral water and aloe Vera separately. Place all of the ingredients in a blender and whip. Add essential oils as used for the different massage oil discussed.
