clothes if you're skinny- mini skirts, shorts, tight jeans, sweatpants, tight T-shirts, (basically anything)
*try not to wear anything green. i find that the worst color to wear*
makeup- brown, silver, or blue eyeliner. pink shiny lipstick, blue eyeshadow
*do not wear heavy black eyeliner*
hair- try curling it with a straightner or do some braids
omg its so easy put silver on your eyes and eyeliner on to make blue pop but be careful not to clump mascara and if your skinny wear a tank and shorts if your not wear a tee with shorts it will look great
wear silver on your eyes to make the blue stand out more and where something blue like the similar colour to your eyes also bring out the colour :)
dark colours round the eyes bring out blue eyes not silver or light colours. havnet you heard of contrast megan?!
blue yes for clothes but not light blue makes us looked washed out.
