I like to use ';Lucky'; magazine. Although it is largely a fashion shopping magazine, they usually have sections for makeup and hair.

seventeen.. cosmo girl.. those are really helpful to get a good look.. umm celebrity hairstyles magazine umm and you can find really helpful sites too.

seventeen and i no this is gonna sound strange but us weekly, in touch, and those kinds of maginizes around gramys and oscars and events like that.
cosmogirl has really good outfit advice and tips. they have pages filled with the seasons hottest styles colors and types of clothes.
