I was watching Drop Dead Diva on lifetime at 10:00 on sunday after army wifes every week 10:00 p.m. Ok so anyway the lead character but teabags on her eyes to reduce the dark circles under your eyes ,Now i was just wondering do you wet them or notWet or dry teabags to reduce dark circles? Please need other beauty tips to natrual cheap inexspensive such as?
my mom puts tea bags on her eyes and she uses them in her drink and then puts them on her eyes
so they have to be wet but squeeze out most of the water so its not soaking wet
