In 12 days I have a special occasion and really want to improve my appearence by then. Any general beauty tips to get better hair, skin, and body would be appretiated.General beauty tips *thumbs up to every answer*?
Wash your face every morning and night (unless your skin gets dry, then only wash it once a day, and use moisturizer) drink plenty of water and natural juices, eat healthy foods and lean meats like grilled fish and chicken, salad, fresh fruits, pasta, cereals. Wash your hair and use conditioner. Try not to blow dry it, just let it air dry so you won;t damage it. If you need to, then use a heat protecter. Exercise regularly, whether you are overwieght or not, it doesn't matter because you want to be healthy anyways. Good luck!:)General beauty tips *thumbs up to every answer*?
As for hair: just condition, don't over heat (using straightner, blowdry etc.) too much. Also, 1 tbsp of coconut oil works as an amazing condition for hair. Drugstores carry many types of conditioning masks for hair to leave in for a few minutes which work well.


For skin: wash (without a drying cleanser), tone and moisturize. there isn't much more you can do about that, but you want to get your skin smooth and blemish free so that when you apply your makeup you don't have to worry about covering up pimples or having flaky makeup because of dry skin. With the rest of you body's skin, just exfoliate and make sure you do it to the bottoms of your feet to avoid dry heels.


If you want or need a tan (if you do tan indoors) that could help with your skin tone but otherwise you can always just use the lotions like Jergen's natural glow.


Remember to do your nails! Gel manicures always look natural and beautiful.


You should also invest in like a shimmer so that you can apply it to your chest and face ...it's always very sexy.
make sure u eat lots of healthy food cause it makes ur hair shiny =] and dont do anything like iron, blowdry, or curling until the day u go (that way there wont be much damage) also drink lots of water so zits dont unexpectedly show up. moisturize ur skin when u wake up and before bed (also another time after ur shower if u dont shower when u wake up/go to bed)

Go to a dermatoligist...if u dont wear makeup curl ur lashes put mascera on put bare minerals powder foundation over blemishes lipgloss!
