General beauty tips for a healthy body?

Just looking for general beauty tips. I want to keep good care of my hair, skin, nails, teeth, ect. I'm sick of feeling the need to wear makeup all the time to feel pretty and just wanted to know some tips on how to keep all parts of my body healthy.General beauty tips for a healthy body?
drink a TON of water for your skin!! it helps a lot, i drink water all the time and i hardly ever break out, and i get complimented on my great skin.





for teeth just be sure to brush/ floss/ mouth wash every day morning and night. dont use gum to freshen up, because it just makes you salivate which can make your breath actually smell worse.





for your lips, put on chapstick at night before you go to bed, like a ton of it, and when you wake up theyll be super soft!





for good hair, remember to get all your vitamins in in your diet, because those will contribute to healthy, luscious hair.





for your nails just dont pick at them, and paint them clear to make them look extra shiny and nice looking! or paint them a color so you'll be less tempted to pick at them.








and be sure to exercise, because exercise gives you endorphines, and endorphines make you happy, and a happy girl is a pretty girl! good luck!
