Beauty Tip 1: Use foundation on your eyelids before applying eyeshadow. It helps the eyeshadow stay on longer.


Beauty Tip 2: Instead of buying expensive oil blotter papers, buy a box of perm papers. Very cheap and works great for blotting oily skin.


Beauty Tip 3: Apply carmex on your lips before putting on lip gloss or lipstick, it helps it stay on longer, keep it moisturized, and sometimes makes your lips ';juicier'; looking.


Beauty Tip 4: Use petroleum jelly or cold cream to remove stubborn eye makeup. its cheap and it works (even on waterproof mascara).


Beauty Tip 5: Nothing ages a person more than worry. Try to be positive and love every day as a new adventure and get joy from all the little things (so many cost nothing). Drink 8 glasses of water a day and use a moisturizer.


Beauty Tip 6: A Clay Mask works wonders on oily skin!


Beauty Tip 7: Use a gentle soap like Dove for acne prone skin. It makes your skin a lot less oily because its PH balanced. Beauty Tip 8: Spray your face with cold water or stand with your head in the air from the freezer for a few moments to reduce redness.

I use Giovanni organic shampoos, conditioners and styling products because they don't have sulfates that will damage my hair.


I use a facial scrub and homemade organic soaps.


I start each day with a glass of water to jumpstart my metabolism.


I do 100 crunches in the morning, stretch out and run and then stretch again. Exercising in the morning helps you burn more calories all day.


When I am hungry between meals, I eat apples.


I sleep with an eye mask because your body only produces melatonin in the dark and melatonin prevents premature aging.


I don't eat MSG (monosodium glutamate) or other chemicals. Always read labels. If you want to eat chips, get plain ones without all the artificial flavoring.


I don't wear face makeup or coverups. Just Bare Escentuals mineral veil powder, mascara, eyeliner and chapstick. At night I add an off-white shimmery eye shadow.


I wear sexy undies because I always feel good when I do.


Perfume with vanilla notes lifts my spirits.
Confidence is key. If YOU think you look good, it'll shine through.





I wash my hair every two days with Herbal Essences or Dove products, and rinse with cold water afterwards to make it really smooth and shiny. Blow-dry on a low heating setting to avoid frying your hair.





For your skin, wear SPF 15 or higher always, whatever the season! A moisturizer or tinted foundation containing this is fine.





I happen to wear a lot of make-up out, but the saying goes ';Less is more'; and I think most people live by that. Curl your eyelashes and coat them with mascara. Liquid eyeliner is tricky to apply at first but you'll get the hang of it - if not, try kohl or just wear eyeshadow (don't go too bright for day). For blush, apply a sheer colour to the apples of your cheeks. Lips can go with a tinted balm. Keep a tube of concealer in your purse to apply when you need it, it does wonders!





Cut back on the caffeine and junk and get a good night's sleep. Drink a lot of water and don't forget to wash your face at night with a good cleanser - department store brands are pricey, but worth it.

before you but any make-up on your face make sure you wash it wish water and soup to remove any germs.
WATER! it improves every single one of those aspects.
