i heard that if you have a little bit of puffy eye's
get a tea spoon and put it in the freezer for a few mins then put it on your eye!
if you have a pimple dont pop it , it actually can spread the infection and make you have more! if you want the swelling to go down, do what i do!
grab a rag, and put it in freezing cold water!
then hold it down on the zit!
keep doing that till you notice the swelling has loward!

washing your face before going to sleep with a whitening facial scrub (micro scrub), toner and whitening moisturizer..basic but effective..
always wash make up off before bed
and
splash face with cold water 30minutes before u put make u on
cold spoons on the eyes to get rid of dark circles.
