What are your best beauty tips?

Okay. Im fourteen,have long brown hair, im 5 foot 5, have mild acne, 36B breasts and quite a bad fashion style. I look really plain, and i need to spice things up for grade 9. please help. im desperate!What are your best beauty tips?
T-shirts : love them, make them very colorful, not to low cut.


Shorts : not to short but not to long but colorful shorts (blue, green red)


I like accessories like a nice scarf, or a nice neckless i don't like earrings but if u want. Also nice sunglasses.


hoodies are cool when its cold but not wit big designs on it (very plain)


Flats or gladiators shoes.


To find the t-shirts you should go to american apparel or H%26amp;M (i live in canada so dunno if u know those stores)


also the shorts at h%26amp;M and maybe abercrombie but its kinda expensive and american eagle.


and dont look to matchy .... use different colors

well to get ready for high school I would get a new haircut, maybe something shoulder length and layered. try buying some new clothes that you can feel cute and confident in. as for beauty tips, always wash your face and don't overdo the makeup. personally, i stick to concealer, mascara, and lipgloss on most days. and smile!
If you have acne, try using clearasol. It works wonders off your face.If you have long brown hair, like me try styling it different. Maybe, simply just put it in a ponytail or a messy bun. Change it up a little! Be creative! Try going shopping at Candies.I have several things from Candies. T-shirts, make-up, jewelry, and etc. Hope this helps.
u r just 14 and no need any spicy dress to mature yourself up like a 20s girl. All you need a clean and chic nice outfit which fits your age such as Banana Republic or Gap, Tomy Hilfiger or Polo shirts. If your hair too long, plz have it cut down to your shoulder, too long hair seems looking too dragging. With smile and a clean face without acne will be the best for you, Girl.
don't wear make up it's okay to not I don't and I rarley get one pimple a month. I think it is so stupid when girls try to cover up their pimple with make up. A pimple is a cloged pore...so you put make up on to clog it more?!?! (I understand for a quick fix like a dance or a date).
get a cute hair cut, with side bangs, use pro active, boobs are fine, buy a push up from victorias secret. buy some cute clothes. be sure to get a juicy track jacket. a must.
