Go to Wal-Mart and buy some off-brand lipstick and a $3 pack of ';Basic'; Menthol Light 100's, so that your lipstick marks up the cigarette butts real good. Go to dollar tree...buy lots of purple and pink eyeshadow...with blue eye liner. Those colors will make you look like you classy and sophisticated.





Then make sure to tease your hair alot and make it real BIG...that is sooo sexy.





Also black lipstick is the ';it'; thing right now.





See...it is possible to be thrifty and still gorgeous...xo
Huge turquoise and hot pink plastic earrings, preferably in a shape of an Orchid or a butterfly

Of course, you have to wear a floral pattern dress from Goodwill..


I' d prefer orange and yellow color

Great idea but high hair and fish nets with holes will do the trick for cheap and easy.
